If your route takes you via the A4 at Thatcham, you will need to use the railway level crossing just by Thatcham Station. Please be aware that this is a very busy crossing. The barriers can be down for some time to allow multiple trains to come though causing delays of up to 20mins.
If your route takes you past Greenham Common to join Crookham Hill, you may still get delayed as the traffic for the level crossing frequently queues up the hill a long way, preventing you entering the Football Club.
